CRAS: Disable CFI-icall sanitize for libcras inline functions The CFI-icall sanitize bans the usage of function pointers. Disable this sanitize to make libcras inline functions available. BUG=b:176570789 TEST=LaCrOS built with cfi-icall plays audio successfully.
